2 Peter 1:19
So we have the prophetic word strongly confirmed. You will do well to pay attention to it, as to a lamp shining in a dismal place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.
The train is getting ready to leave the station!
The entire Bible is approximately 27% prophecy. Much of the prophecy has been fulfilled exactly as stated in the Bible. And much prophecy has yet to be fulfilled and is coming. SOON!
The prophecy written by Daniel was very telling taking us directly to the death of Jesus and then to the world we are living in today. The first 69 weeks of Daniel’s prophecy does take us to the death of Jesus, and then describes the last week of the 70. That last week is coming, and again very soon. It is called the Tribulation, seven years of the reign of the anitchrist.
Several prominent pastors and Bible scholars are in agreement in the times we are now living and that the times are definitely pointing to the return of Jesus. Bible prophecy points to several signs that point to the return of Jesus, and Jesus says in Matthew 24:8 that when these signs begin it will be like birth pains . They will begin and then gain in intensity until Jesus does return.
Coming in this site I will show you the signs and how the world is turning to fulfill the prophecy.
Why Study Prophecy?
(End-Times)
Many Christians today don’t feel the need to study what the Bible teaches about the end times since they know that, in the end, God wins. Yet, contrary to this popular view, there are many reasons to know the details. Here are 10. They’re part of God’s Word. They prove that the Bible is God’s Word Jesus gave us signs of His second coming and commanded us to watch for their fulfillments. (Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21) God promises a special blessing for those who study the end times. (Revelation 1:3, see also 22:7). They prepare us for what’s coming They help protect us against spiritual deception. They increase our worship of God They give us strategy for ministry. They give comfort, encouragement and hope. They stir us to evangelism, good works and holy living. (Titus 2:11-13)
Preparing For The End Times
What should Christians be doing to get ready for the cataclysmic events preceding the end of the Age and the Second Coming of Christ? Given the current state of affairs in the world, it's hard to avoid the conclusion that the Lord may be returning soon. The Bible clearly instructs us to be vigilant. But it also teaches that no one can say for certain that we are living in the “end times.” This is at best a debatable proposition. Jesus Himself repeatedly said that no one knows or can know the day or hour of His return (Matthew 24:36; Mark 13:32; Acts 1:7). To be sure, we are surrounded by events and developments that could be interpreted as signs of the end. On every hand we see famines, earthquakes, disasters, troubles, persecutions, wars and rumors of wars (Mark 13:7-9). But has there ever been a period in the history of the world when this was not the case? End-time Christians are called to do one thing: they are to practice holiness and do good to others wherever and whenever they can. They are supposed to work the works of God “while it is day” (John 9:4). Paul seems to have been thinking the same way when he wrote to the Galatians, “Therefore as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith” (Galatians 6:10).
